Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x (ten times the bonus amount).
General Bonus Terms
- Each member is eligible to receive each bonus only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without placing bets.
- Withdrawing before completing the wagering requirement may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- After accepting a bonus, the wagering must be completed within the specified time limit.
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
VIP Cashback Program
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.
- Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

Betting and Gaming Rules
General Betting Rules
- A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- rtv99 reserves the right to cancel any bet that occurred due to a technical error.

Sports Betting Rules
- For bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other cricket tournaments, the results of internationally recognised sporting authorities will be used.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
- Odds may change during live betting; a bet is not final until it is confirmed at the accepted odds.
- rtv99 reserves the right to cancel any bet on any event connected with match fixing or irregularities.
